Fleabag Season 2 trailer is here from Amazon Prime series returns in May
Amazon Prime has released the first official trailer for the Fleabag season 2 of award-winning comedy-drama series.
Are you ready for the new season? This is the BAFTA-wining series follows the Phoebe Waller-Bridge she also knows from Killing Eve. Maybe know Waller-Bridge the voice behind Solo: A Star Wars Story‘s droid L3-37. And this series follows a story about a young woman trying to cope with life in London.
Here is the full official synopsis for season 2: “Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag) is back for a second bite, and this time she is going toe to toe with the man upstairs. In an unexpected twist of fate, our lost little rascal meets a Priest. Who jolts her into seeing the world in a different way. Picking up a year on, there are still old wounds to unpick. And new ones to dress as the next chapter of Fleabag’s life takes her to hell and back.
Since the end of the last hilarious series when her entire family rejected her, her darkest secret was revealed and she nearly threw herself in front of a car. She’s back for more laughs than ever. Joyful, bleak, poignant and sucker-punch funny. The original cast is joined by a car-crash of new characters as we delve further into the world of Fleabag. With hope and faith at the core of season 2, our heroine finds herself in the midst of a battle she is determined to win: Fleabag Vs God.”
In season 2 all cast include Sian Clifford, Bill Patterson, Brett Gelman, Jenny Rainsford, Hugh Dennis, Hugh Skinner, and Olivia Coleman. Also welcomes Andrew Scott, Fiona S, aw and Kristen Scott Thomas. This series created and written by Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Fleabag season 2 will screen in Amazon Prime on May 17, 2019.
