Karen Gillan Confirms Returning as ”Nebula” in Thor: Love and Thunder

Karen Gillan has been confirmed to return for Thor: Love and Thunder. Gillan was last seen in Avengers: Endgame. She plays both the evil and reformed versions of Nebula. Fans will be happy to know this news to see a familiar face.

The Jumanji actress gave the news herself to fans on social media. She was answering the fans’ questions on her Instagram stories. She has answered one of the questions about her hair if it is a wig.

Gillan assured the fans that her hair is real and she had got a haircut to fit up well to the role of Nebula again in Thor 4 movie. Karen Gillan also said and we see on Guardians Source Twitter account: “This is my hair. I cut it the other day in preparation for Nebula so we don’t have to, like, get so much hair into the bald cap.”

As we know, she is the latest of the Guardians of the Galaxy who confirmed that Taika Waititi will be cast in the second Marvel film. Vin Diesel (Groot) helped us before to discover that the cosmic heroes would be in Love and Thunder last year.

However, new information has recently shown up. Dave Bautista (Drax) and Chris Pratt (Star-Lord) were joining the cast, too. There is no further news about the rest of the heroes (Zoe Saldana’s Gamora and Sean Gunn-Bradley Cooper).

Filming is on the way in Australia and it will bring Chris Hemsworth as the God of Thunder, Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie, and Natalie Portman as Jane Foster.

By the way, Christian Bale will be portraying villain Gorr the God Butcher. Also, there is a whisper that Matt Damon is coming for another cameo. It seems like Thor: Love and Thunder will be expecting to be in cinemas on February 11th, 2022.
