The album released in 1981 at New Orleans, USA. After, its release in 1980, MOTÖRHEAD‘s “Ace Of Spades” album turns a milestone for rock&roll music. Also, this album was their most commercially successful album, reaching Gold status in the UK by March 1981 and peaking at number four on the UK Albums Chart and worldwide. It was the band’s debut release in the United States, with Mercury Records handling distribution in North America.

“‘Shoot You In The Back’ appears on Motörhead’s album ‘Ace Of Spades’. Originally released on Bronze Records on 8th November 1980, produced by Vic Maile. The line up on this album was Lemmy, Fast Eddie Clarke, and Philthy Animal Taylor.
This version was recorded live at Parc Expo, Orleans on 5th March 1981 and appears on the ‘Dead Man’s Hand’ live album as part of the 40th anniversary of Ace Of Spades.”
