Netflix drops the first trailer for Osmosis sci-fi thriller as a series from Audrey Fouché. There will be a brand new new sci-fi series on the famous online streaming platform soon. This new dystopian thriller in French will consist of 8 episodes.
Here’s the full synopsis: “Paris, in the near future. Technology has conquered the last frontier: decoding true love. Digging deep into its user’s brain data, the new dating app “OSMOSIS” can find a perfect match with 100% accuracy, turning the concept of absolute soulmate into a reality. But is there a price to pay when letting an algorithm decide who you will love, forever and ever? When in exchange for this undying, ageless love, technology can access the innermost recesses of your mind — and the best-kept secrets of your heart.” It stars Hugo Becker, Agathe Bonitzer, Yuming Hey, Gaël Kamilindi, Manoel Dupont, Stéphane Pitti, Luna Silva, and Suzanne Rault-Balet. It’s produced by Aude Albano, Claude Chelli, and Sarah Aknine.
Osmosis will screen its first season on Netflix March 29th.
