Dungeons & Dragons, popularly known as D&D by fans, is a highly structured yet still open-ended game, allowing its players to enact a wide variety of fantasy scenarios. Involving magic, combat, and social interactions, players go through “campaign” based adventures with little or no limitation beyond the imagination of the players. The campaigns are led by Dungeon Masters, who oversees the game and guides players through the story.
