Lion King 2019 First Teaser Trailer Released for Live-Action

Disney has released from the live-action adaptation of The Lion King, one of the world’s most popular animations.

This movie CGI and live-action re-imagining of the 1994 Disney classic. The voice cast has a legendary line-up including Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Beyonce Knowles, Eric Andre, Billy Eichner, Alfre Woodard, James Earl Jones, John Oliver, Keegan-Michael Key, and Chiwetel Ejiofor. It’s also directed by Jon Favreau.

The Lion King synopsis, release date, and more

Here is the full synopsis from the original story in this new adaptation: “To survive and grow into a powerful adult lion. Simba must perfect his savage pounce and master fighting with all four paws. Scrap with hyenas, dash through an elephant grave-yard, defeat your evil uncle Scar and recapture the Pridelands. ”
