Swamp Thing trailer reveals first look at the creature from DC Universe

DC Universe has released the first official trailer and first look at Swamp Thing from their upcoming tv-series.

We’re in trouble with a new monster creature. This is a live-action DC Universe adaptation of the classic DC comics. Also, originally created by Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson. Here is the full synopsis about this action-fantasy series: “This series follows Abby Arcane as she investigates what seems to be a deadly swamp-born virus in a small town in Louisiana but soon discovers that the swamp holds mystical and terrifying secrets. When unexplainable and chilling horrors emerge from the murky marsh, no one is safe.”

In 1982 Wes Craven directed first Swamp movie based on original series. After 7 years later and a USA Network series that ran for three seasons in the early ’90s. Now we’ve another tv-series in the first season there will be 13 episodes about almost every episode 1 hour long. It cast stars Andy Bean, Crystal Reed, Jennifer Beals, Will Patton, Derek Mears, Ian Ziering, Henderson Wade, and Kevin Durand. However, this series is executive-produced by James Wan (Aquaman), Gary Dauberman (The Nun), and Mark Verheiden (Ash vs. Evil Dead).

Swamp Thing premieres on DC Universe on May 31. Check out the first teaser trailer below.
