Wacken World Wide is the new way to watch the festival on the internet. The forthcoming 31st year of Germany’s festival postponed to next year.

Normally, the most famous metal music festival Wacken taking place between July 29th and August 1st, 2020. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, fans instead have another online Wacken Festival. For every summer end of July between the beginning of August, it gets really loud in Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg on Germany. At this festival get about 80,000 visitors from all over the world travel to the Wacken Open Air Festival.

If you want to watch Wacken World Wide is the metal show of all time. Fans have the opportunity to experience this performs on MagentaMusik 360, on MagentaTV.

Telekom Deutschland entertainment director Michael Schuld talks about this experience:

Then Wacken’s organizer Thomas Jensen added:

“Together with Telekom, we have created the biggest Wacken ever. The innovative technology combined with a full load of metal will delight fans around the globe. ”

There’s a lot of live performances include sets by the likes of thrash metal band Anthrax, and archival performance of British heavy metal favorites Iron Maiden, Swedish melodic-death band In Flames. Also, an interview plus concert with Alice Cooper, and live performances Arch Enemy, Trivium, Body Count, and more across four days, starting at 4 pm German timezone.

You can also experience this 4-days the biggest metal bands will perform live on the most spectacular virtual stage of all time. The stage will be brought to life digitally by the so-called XR technology. While the artists play live, they will be filmed in real-time with precise camera tracking and integrated directly into the virtual set. The LED back wall, the LED floor, and fan interaction create an authentic stage feeling for artists and audiences.
