FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH Frontman Opens His Houses for Addicted People

FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH vocalist Ivan Moody turns his 2 homes into recovery centers to help addicted people. Moody explained this in his Instagram post.

Ivan Moody and his real name Ivan Lewis Greening is an American singer and songwriter born in 1980. FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH‘s vocalist, Ivan, has previously appeared in groups such as MOTOGRATER and GHOST MACHINE. After FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH was founded in 1995, the band took a break from music a few times, but they are now actively continuing their careers.

Ivan Moody also supports charity campaigns and makes songs on many social and political issues. This time, he came up with an enormous project.

As we know it, Moody would almost be fired from FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH in 2012 because of his alcohol problem. Moody said he used to have terrible times, and wanted to tell people about his learning and experiences.

Moody references his alcoholism and its battles in the video “I Apologize”. You can watch the video below.

The artist who recently posted on Instagram said that it will transform their homes in Las Vegas and Colorado into recovery homes for addicts.

Moody said that overdose and suicide rates have exploded and he wants to help those people.

“I’m going to take my Vegas home and I’m going to do my best to turn it into a possible home for young women fighting in recovery, probably from the ages of about 18 to 40 depending. I’m not going to get into too many details, but that is one. The second part of that is I am also going to do the same thing back in Colorado except for young men. Same age group,” he said.
