Ford v. Ferrari trailer featuring Christian Bale and Matt Damon

20th Century Fox’s has released the first official trailer for Ford v Ferrari film featuring Matt Damon and Christian Bale.

If you’re familiar with Logan and Walk the Line filmmaker James Mangold. You probably loved this new film about racing. This film story about 1966’s 24 Hours of Le Mans race in France. And follows maverick American car designer Carroll Shelby (Matt Damon). However, who sets out to build a revolutionary car that would allow Ford to challenge Ferrari, with Christian Bale playing fearless British racer Ken Miles. Also, who gets behind the wheel of the new Ford racing vehicle.

We are so happy for this upcoming film. Because this is the Mangold’s first film since his amazing work on Logan.

Here is the official synopsis: “Academy Award-winners Matt Damon and Christian Bale star in FORD v FERRARI, based on the remarkable true story of the visionary American car designer Carroll Shelby (Damon) and the fearless British-born driver Ken Miles (Bale). Who together battled corporate interference, the laws of physics, and their own personal demons to build a revolutionary race car for Ford Motor Company and take on the dominating race cars of Enzo Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in France in 1966.”

The film also stars Caitriona Balfe, Jon Bernthal, Josh Lucas, Noah Jupe, and Tracy Letts. And the screenplay by Jez Butterworth & John-Henry Butterworth and Jason Keller. In addition, Bale talking about this film: “This is David vs. Goliath. You’ve got the industrial Goliath with Ford and the charismatic Goliath of reputation with Ferrari, and then this true story of the triumph of the misfits.”

Ford v Ferrari will premiere in theaters on November 15, 2019.
