Fortnite Bragging Rights Prizes and How to Make Money from Fortnite?

Fortnite‘s new competitive tournament series Friday Nite Bragging Rights will give players prizes every week. Will players be able to earn money from these prizes?

Epic Games organizes Fortnite tournaments every year, enables players to win huge amounts of rewards, and even has an enormous impact on their streaming careers on Twitch. In addition, Fortnite offers different prizes to many players with weekly tournaments.

Fortnite, one of the world’s most popular and most played games, introduced its new tournaments with the news published on January 6. Fortnite has announced the weekly Friday Nite Bragging Rights tournaments. The game’s newest tournament, every Friday, will let players compete and aim to make money. In addition, they will post the players who received their degrees in the tournament on their Twitter account. This is a very good chance for anonymous Fortnite players to increase their fans and followers.

However, there is a point that makes Fortnite players unhappy, the rewards will be a “shoutout” only on Twitter. In short, the tournament series allows players to compete every Friday to be paid in exposure. At least for now.

Making Money from Fortnite: Friday Nite Bragging Rights

Epic Games has announced the tournament prizes, and there is currently no monetization among the prizes. However, we hope that this will change. As you know, Epic Games has become very popular with its tournaments and cash prizes. Epic Games spent about $50 million in 2 years just for the awards, and we don’t think there will be only paid in exposure this year. If they do well with the advertisement and strategy of this special weekly tournament, the tournament will become more recognizable in future periods and the prize will most likely turn into prize money.

There is also a special feature of Fortnite that distinguishes its tournaments from games such as CS: GO and League of Legends. To enter the tournament of games like CS: GO and League of Legends, you mostly need to be a professional, own a team. This is the rule for high money prize tournaments, except for local tournaments.

However, as long as a player has enough skill, Fortnite allows anyone to have a chance to compete for big cash prizes.
