Netflix reveals the first trailer for Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045

Netflix has released the first trailer for Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045 anime and reveals a first season release date.

The series is the latest adaptation of the popular Japanese futuristic manga. Its have the same name written and illustrated by Masamune Shirow. We also watch Rupert Sanders directs this manga film version Scarlett Johansson as the lead role in 2017. But this film doesn’t like too much by the manga readers. Also, the original franchise from the manga that ran between 1989 to 1997.

Besides, the project was originally announced as being in development in 2017.  Around the time of the American live-action adaptation starring Scarlett Johansson (Avengers: Endgame).

What’s the synopsis of Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045 anime series?

Here’s the official description from Netflix:

In the year 2045, after global capitalism has defaulted, Japan’s elite Section 9 begins conducting covert cyber operations. Netflix also shares the tweet and announced its Ghost in the Shell series would be “directed by Appleseed’s Shinji Aramaki and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex’s Kenji Kamiyama.”

When is the release date of this anime?

But, there are no details yet on the voice cast or a specific release date. But we sure they’re releasing in 2020. Also, they’ve got the other three series Netflix shares trailers for are Eden, Levius and The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.: Reawakened.
