HBO has released the first official teaser trailer for the western legend Deadwood: The Movie based on original tv-series.
Now there is the 15th anniversary of the Deadwood premiere from 2004. The drama ran by HBO from 2004-2006 with 3 seasons and all fans wondering about the why is it over? Also, tv-series creator David Milch tried return of this series for many years after the end. Here is the full synopsis about this western drama: “In the ‘Deadwood’ film, the indelible characters of the series are reunited after ten years to celebrate South Dakota’s statehood. Former rivalries are reignited, alliances are tested. And old wounds are reopened as all are left to navigate the inevitable changes that modernity and time have wrought.”
In addition, Ian McShane is starring this film with Molly Parker, Jim Beaver, W. Earl Brown, Dayton Callie, Kim Dickens, Dora DuFran, Anna Gunn, and John Hawkes. Also written by David Milch and director from Daniel Minahan. Deadwood: The Movie premieres on HBO screens on May 31.
