Matrix 4 officially confirmed, with Keanu Reeves will return as Neo and Carrie-Anne Moss is back as Trinity.
It’s been 20 years since the first The Matrix hit in cinemas. This film turns a cult phenomenon as a new revolutionary technics and stories. Matrix tells a story a computer hacker (Neo) learns from mysterious rebels about the true nature of his reality and his role in the war against its systems. Also, there are two main characters focus on the plight of Neo and Trinity and Morpheus trying to free humanity from the system while pursued by the Agent Smith systems. After the first film following 2003’s The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions.

Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures will produce and distribute this new film. Also, Warner Bros. Picture Group chairman Toby Emmerich talks to Variety about the announcement,
“We could not be more excited to be re-entering ‘The Matrix’ with her. Lana is a true visionary — a singular and original creative filmmaker — and we are thrilled that she is writing, directing and producing this new chapter in this universe.” In addition to Wachowski Brothers, the script was written by Aleksandar Hemon and David Mitchell. However, production is set to begin in 2020.
Also, Wachowski added,
“Many of the ideas Lilly and I explored 20 years ago about our reality are even more relevant now. I’m very happy to have these characters back in my life and grateful for another chance to work with my brilliant friends.” The three previous films also created with the Wachowski Brothers writing and directing The Matrix (1999), The Matrix Reloaded (2003) and The Matrix Revolutions (2003). Also, these 3 films have earned more than $1.6 billion at the global box office.
