When is Mortal Kombat coming to HBO Max?

Mortal Kombat fans are waiting solicitously for the release of the new movie on HBO Max. The R-rated action fantasy film arrives on April 2021.

The new Mortal Kombat movie has got everyone, especially the IP’s fans, excited. Directed by Simon McQuoid, the movie follows the story of an MMA fighter Cole Young, who fights against the world’s champions. Lewis Tan plays the lead character while the movie also stars Jessica McNamee and Josh Lawson. The quality of visual effects in the new Mortal Kombat movie is one of the factors that set the expectations this high.

HBO and WarnerMedia previously announced that they would release Mortal Kombat on the streaming platform on April 16th, but they delayed it. Unfortunately, we will have to wait for a bit more to watch Mortal Kombat on HBO Max and theatres.
