“As the men traverse one of the most beautiful states in America, they must also endure the long drive to San Rafael Swell, where the research station is located. Along the way, the duo visit Jack’s survival expert friend in hopes of learning skills for any sticky situation.

They also take time out from the road to spend the night in a native American teepee… complete with flat-screen TVs. But first, Jack takes Ozzy down into a salt mine to operate some heavy machinery and to lick the walls that are completely made up of salt.”

Jack Osbourne also added on his latest interview with Rolling Stone:

“My dad just doesn’t do TV. He won’t do it.” But he decided to pitch it since some of his earliest memories of his father are watching historical shows on TV. He was shocked to find out that his father was into it.

I was born in ’48 and as a young kid, we used to play on bomb sites. For many years after World War II. I would watch films about it on TV and the insanity of it all just got me interested.”
