Stardew Valley Got Good News About 1.5 Update!
Stardew Valley is an open-ended country-life RPG. As we have inherited our grandfather’s old farm plot in Stardew Valley, we left the city life that we sick of by time, and our chilling adventures begin. At first, we were all by ourselves, till the “Everything Update” 1.4. After that update, we are now also able to play the game with our friends and moreover. Important updates also take longer to arrive, as ConcernedApe works alone with minimal outside help.
So, what about the good news?
Stardew Valley, a four-year personal project owned by a solo developer ConcernedApe, was first introduced to gamers on the PC platform in 2016. And by the time, the game has gained so much success and popularity that made itself has also reached mobile and console platforms, too. We also can understand that Stardew Valley is doing pretty great from the tweet ConcernedApe sent back in January, that the game had sold 10 million copies.
Latest update 1.5 of Stardew Valley
With this update, a lot of new content has been added to the game, from new missions and items to a new island full of new NPCs. This major update for the PC platform released in December, as we reported back then in our article BIG UPDATE on Stardew Valley: Beach Farm And Co-Op Mode. You can also take a look at that article to remember more about the update. So, after the PC update released, the other platforms’ players have been waiting to be able to play the game also with its new features.
And now, ConcernedApe has been announced that the console version of the update is only a few weeks away!
With the update 1.5 releasing, ConcernedApe also mentioned that there will be more surprises for fans in 2021. So if you still haven’t started to play Stardew Valley, I’d say there couldn’t be a better time to start farming with your friends! Besides the truth of the game is a farming simulator, it also provided much more in-game for you to discover such as fighting and even building new relations with other characters in-game!
Console players: the update is being submitted to certification today. That can take a variable amount of time so I can't make any guarantee about release date. I still feel that my original estimate of late this month or early next month is likely, though.
