Dafoe’s New Film Trailer for Van Gogh Role in At Eternity’s Gate: Watch
The new trailer for film At Eternity’s Gate has been released today featuring Willem Dafoe as a Van Gogh.
This biopic about Van Gogh. Here is the full synopsis: “This film is a journey inside the world and mind of a person who, despite skepticism, ridicule, and illness, created some of the world’s most beloved and stunning works of art. This is not a forensic biography. But rather scenes based on Vincent van Gogh’s (Willem Dafoe) letters, common agreement about events in his life. In that present as facts, hearsay, and moments that are just plain invented.” It also stars Rupert Friend, Oscar Isaac, Mads Mikkelsen, Mathieu Amalric, and Emmanuelle Seigner. In addition, written by Jean-Claude Carrière, Louise Kugelberg, Julian Schnabel and directed by Julian Schnabel.
At Eternity’s Gate premieres in USA select theaters on December 6, 2018.
