Tool releases first new song in 13 years, ‘Fear Inoculum’ [Listen]

Tool has released the first new song in 13 years, titled ‘Fear Inoculum‘ is finally here and waiting for you in the below.

This is a long-awaited Tool’s fifth album for the following 10,000 Days from 2006. Before that new song, the band shared a short clip on Twitter and Instagram page showing a designed logo. After that, the band focuses their new album promote using social media accounts.

Also, Tool releases their albums on streaming services most listened to the song “Opiate”, “Undertow”, “Ænima”, “Lateralus” and “10,000 Days”. This is also available for the first time on digital service platforms. The releases racked up over 20 million streams in the first 48 hours of release.

However, the band vocalist Maynard James Keenan spoke with Revolver about the album’s concept and explains “I feel like this is [about] wisdom through age, through experience. Hopefully, through aging, you find wisdom in some of the things you’ve encountered. Learning from your mistakes, learning from your successes. So if anything is a broad stroke of this album, it would be embracing where we are right now, acknowledging where we’ve come from and some of the things we’ve grown through.
