Blade Runner Black Lotus Anime TV Series Coming to Adult Swim 2019

Adult Swim has announced new anime tv series Blade Runner Black Lotus for the first time.

Here is the original story from 1982 sci-fi Blade Runner movie: “A blade runner must pursue and terminate four replicants who stole a ship in space, and have returned to Earth to find their creator.” After 35 years later Blade Runner 2049 film was released last year. And the short animated film titled Blade Runner Black Out 2022 was released last year with directed by Shinichiro Watanabe. Now Adult Swim working with Alcon Television Group and Crunchyroll to produce this new anime series. 13 episodes will be published for this series directed by Shinji Aramaki and Kenji Kamiyama. Also, Shinichiro Watanabe working in this anime as a creative producer. The story will take place in 2032 separate story in the Blade Runner universe.
