Cyberpunk 2077 Multiplayer Reveals Deathmatch and Heists
Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer leaks reveal Heists and Deathmatch modes. What are the details of the Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer?
CD Projekt RED is in trouble with its new game, Cyberpunk 2077. Since they released the game, a lot of glitches and problems have troubled the game. While CD Projekt RED is dealing with these problems, they are also preparing to bring multiplayer features to the game. Although no details have been disclosed yet, Cyberpunk 2077‘s data miners have leaked many details about the multiplayer mode.
An anonymous data miner shared the game’s multiplayer information with DSO Gaming, and DSO announced that the upcoming multiplayer mode will include two different modes: Heists and Deathmatch.
The report notes that Heists will likely “function closer to standard single-player quests”, alongside a couple of new “dedicated functions”.
When Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer mod is coming?
Cyberpunk 2077‘s development team will start working on the multiplayer mode in the first quarter of 2021. However, a specific release date has not been announced by CD Projekt RED at the moment.
What CD Projekt RED said about the multiplayer mode?
Adam Kiciński, president and CEO of CD Projekt RED, said in November of the multiplayer mode: “Cyberpunk 2077‘s multiplayer mode would be its own triple-A release. It’s a separate dedicated production, a big production,”
He also added: “And we plan – we think about it as a standalone product. Obviously, it’s not entirely standalone as it comes from the universe of Cyberpunk and is very much related to the concept of single-player Cyberpunk, ”
Cyberpunk multiplayer/online, which is a separate project, will have some microtransactions, but we said that a year ago already. Like always, expect us treating your money with respect.
