In the press statement, Disney CEO Bob Chapek talked and revealed his thoughts on keeping Disneyland closed:

“We are extremely disappointed that the state of California continues to keep closed. Frankly, as we and other civic leaders have stated before, we believe state leadership should look objectively at what we’ve achieved successfully at our parks around the world, all based on science as opposed to setting an arbitrary standard.”

When is the opening date for Disneyland?

Unfortunately, this park closed until COVID-19 cases drop below 1 per 100,000 cases in the county. However, Orange County continues to witness 4 coronavirus cases per 100,000.
