Every PlayStation Plus Free Games for April 2021
As we come closer to a whole new month to begin, PlayStation hasn’t forgotten its players who are waiting eagerly for the free PS4, PS5 PS Plus April 2021 games. After releasing 5 amazing games last month, it seems Sony still intends to keep every user pleased with continuing to release more exciting games. So here are the free PlayStation Plus games that are confirmed so far.
With the pandemic and lockdowns beginning, many game companies have started to provide tons of offers to gamers, in order to make them stay at their homes safe and sound without getting bored. Sony was also among those companies and stepped forward with an initiative called Play at Home, offering free games. And don’t forget that March’s lineup still available on the platform until April 5. So let’s take a closer look at which games are ahead of us in April, shall we?
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Quarantine/Parasite | PS4, PS5
Ubisoft’s beloved game franchise Tom Clancy has been preparing to welcome its newcomer game for a while. And there’s also not much time left as well! Along with that, the anticipated game also seems to be a prime candidate for the PlayStation Plus April 2021 line-up.
Rainbow Six Quarantine/Parasite is a brand-new 3-player tactical co-op FPS based on author Tom Clancy’s 1998 novel, Rainbow Six.
Far Cry 5 (2018) | PS4
We all know Far Cry 6 is already on its way to come later in 2021. So, this doesn’t surprise me to see Ubisoft making its move to pull its fans and players back into the game. It’s a good gesture but also a good way to get the attraction of PlayStation players as well. So it seems PlayStation Plus April lineup for free games will benefit everyone after all.
Oddworld: Soulstorm | PS5
Free PlayStation Plus game lineup has also another upcoming platform game developed and published by Oddworld Inhabitants. It will be the continuation of the game franchise, 2014’s Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty! and a re-imagining of 1998’s Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus as well.
Oddworld Soulstorm will be a 2.5D side-scrolling platform game similar to its predecessor. This time, Abe will be returning to save his fellow mudokons from slave labor. Its players will be able to craft and customize different weapons with a new crafting system in the game as a new feature. The game will also feature a massive train hub area where players can access new levels and areas despite being mostly linear as well.
