Nita Strauss: Her upcoming solo album is "It's very well on the way"

Nita Strauss, she is the guitarist for the Alice Cooper band. She has announced that her second solo album is on way.

Guitarist Nita Strauss going to continued to impress crowds in Perth, Melbourne, and also Sydney in a series of Masterclasses for Ibanez Guitars and Boss Effects. She is in the guitar clinic season and Nita talks about her journey from numerous battle of the bands’ performances. Where she was to try to get a break, to playing with The Iron Maiden. Now also she traveling the world with legendary musician Alice Cooper.

She is first solo album “Controlled Chaos” released in 2018 via Sumerian Records. Now she wants to make a second solo album. She interviewed with Australian Musician for what’s happening on upcoming months:

“Album two is on the way. It’s very well on the way, actually. I’ve got my Universal Audio Apollo out on the road. I’ve got it set up in the hotel room just about every single day off and just recording stuff, getting ideas down. We will finish here Down Under, I think, next week, and I’ll go home. I’ll have three weeks’ home that I can really go and laser in. I’m planning to get a big bulk of the writing for the album done. Then we go on and finish with Alice for the summer. And then after that, it’ll be all, I think, ‘Controlled Chaos’ until the fall.”

Also, Nita’s “Controlled Chaos” album reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums chart. In addition to that, Nita Strauss has been playing with Alice Cooper since 2014. You can watch the full interview below.
