Spider-Man 3 Gets the Official Title and Release Date

Sony’s upcoming Spider-Man series returns to the big screen this year with its third movie. The official name of Spider-Man 3, which Marvel fans have been eagerly awaiting, is announced. The new movie will release under the name Spider-Man: No Way Home. The name seems to refer to the theme of the multiverse expected in the movie.

Sony continues to maintain the ‘Home’ theme in the new Spider-Man movie. As you know, the first two films of the series were released as Homecoming and Far From Home. Sony Pictures announced the news via Spider-Man’s official Twitter account.

No Way Home is quite interesting here. Sony and Marvel are expected to introduce the theme of the multiverse to the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the first time with this movie.

The expected cast of Spider-Man 3 movie

The movie is known to star in the cinema’s previous Spider-Men, Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire. The confirmed cast of Spider-Man No Way Home also includes Benedict Cumberbatch, whom we know as Doctor Strange. Spider-Man 3 also features Jamie Foxx’s Electro, Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus, Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin, and Charlie Cox’s Daredevil. All these actors we know from old movies and TV series will be seen in the new movie with short roles within the theme of the multiverse! Aren’t you excited?

When is the Spider-Man 3 release date?

Spider-Man: No Way Home will release in theaters on December 17th, 2021.

“Again? Dang,” Zendaya muttered, while Batalon shrugged and said, “Not shocked.”

“I just don’t understand why he keeps doing this,” Holland said as they walked away.

“I don’t spoil things!” Holland protested. “Name me one thing I’ve actually spoiled!”

“The last movie title,” Zendaya pointed out.
