Serj Tankian wants to share unreleased System Of A Down song

Serj Tankian has recently said that he wants to share the unreleased System Of A Down song.

We don’t hear new sounds from SOAD until 2005. They had last dropped new material back in 2005 with their Mezmerize and Hypnotize albums. System of a Down recently attempted to write a new album or songs. But in the recording sessions fell apart when the quartet couldn’t agree on creative issues. Now, the band’s frontman Serj has now revealed that he’s been made aware of a petition which calls on the band to unveil their unheard songs. He tries to explain that he has a good idea. But suggested his band members aren’t so sure about the new songs or album.

However, in his Patreon account fan questions and his answering, Serj claimed he had seen the petition. “For the unreleased Soad songs? Yes. I’m all for it. Convince everyone else.” he wants to do it and share unreleased SOAD song never heard about it.

Also, Serj Tankian gives interviews and talks with Billboard about the band finally returning to the studio: “The status has not changed. We tour. We do shows together. We haven’t been able to see eye to eye to continue as far as creating new music together. Maybe one day that will change, maybe that won’t, but we’re all close friends and we enjoy each other’s company and we’re like family at this point, after 25 years. We’ll be announcing some new shows soon.”
