Stranger Things Producer Revealed Pandemic Impacted Season 4 Very Positively
Stranger Things executive producer Shawn Levy talked about series season 4. Netflix‘s highly-anticipated fantasy-drama-horror series coming after the pandemic in 2021.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, all over worldwide productions halted or postponed. And there are too many series or movies canceled due to the ongoing pandemic. But Netflix always working hard on their Originals series or movies.
Earlier in October, we also posted a season 4 of the hit Netflix series. This photo shared on the official Netflix Twitter account. Also, another tweet revealed the new characters and new set photos. And, season 4 will include Hawkins Town and Russian scenes.
During an interview with Collider, Stranger Things series producer Shawn Levy shared the good news about the upcoming new season 4:
“I’ll just say the pandemic definitely massively delayed shooting and therefore the launch of our current Season 4, date still TBD.
But it impacted very positively by allowing the Duffer brothers, for the first time ever, to write the entire season before we shoot it and to have time to rewrite in a way that they rarely had before so the quality of these screenplays is exceptional, maybe better than ever.”
Unfortunately, there is no official release date yet for Stranger Things 4. We guess season 4 will release in Spring or Summer 2021.
Their official writer account has also been sharing updates from filming. You can check the “Ran into Will, Lucas, and Mike last night. They say hi.” photo below!
