We are the Wave Season 1 Netflix release date, and trailer

Netflix has released the trailer season 1 of We are the Wave and also reveals the release date coming soon with details.

If you’re already familiar with Netflix’s German series like Dark or Dogs of Berlin you must wait for this upcoming series. Netflix continues its market capacity with the upcoming release of its sixth German Original shows. This coming-of-age drama series, based on the novel The Wave from the author Morton Rhue.

What’s the synopsis of We Are the Wave?

Here’s the official synopsis from Netflix:

The series follows a group of teenagers who are pursuing the dream of a better future, led by a new and mysterious classmate. They no longer want to hide their anger about social ills. What begins as an idealistic and playful revolt against the establishment, soon gets a threatening momentum. However, does the purpose really justify the means?
It also stars Ludwig Simon, Luise Befort, Michelle Barthel, Christian Erdmann, Mohamed Issa, and Bianca Hein. Also directed by Anca Miruna Lăzărescu and Mark Monheim.

In this first trailer, we see the latest iteration of the main book that will focus on anarchism. The first season of We are the Wave will be screen as six episodes.
