Respawn Entertainment has been revealed the 16th playable character Fuse for its battle royal game Apex Legends.
The character was announced on the latest clip of Stories From The Outlands and titled ”Good as Gold”. This was the showcase of Fuse’s origin before his grand entrance into the game.
The animated shows Fuse and his companion are growing up on the rough streets of Salvo. In the scene, the two characters stumble upon a gold grenade attached to a corpse then they take that for themselves.
They are seen growing up as a demolition expert and fighting friendly for the ownership over the grenade. During the clip, Fuse starts to have attention to cage fighting. Then he eventually announces his plans for leaving Salvo to compete in the Apex games.
However, his decision won’t make happy his companion, and the two end up in a brawl. His companion eventually hurls the unpinned gold grenade at Fuse and it causes him to lose his arm.
