1. Her Mother Was a Ballerina

Calico Cooper was born in Hollywood, California, on May 19, 1981. While her father is the famous rock star Alice Cooper, her mother is also a talented entertainer. Her mother is Sheryl Cooper, nee Goddard, who was a ballerina instructor and choreographer and performed in Alice Cooper’s from 1975 to 1982. With two talented parents with experience in the entertainment industry, it is unsurprising that Calico Cooper followed in their footsteps. Calico is the oldest of three siblings. She has a sister called Sonora Rose and a brother called Dashiell. Calico and her siblings were initially raised in Los Angeles and then moved to Phoenix, Arizona.

2. She Joined the Entertainment Industry Choreographing for Her Father

Calico Cooper began her career in entertainment when she was just 18. She was hired by her father to choreograph for his Brutal Planet world tour. It was the beginning of a long working relationship between the father-daughter duo, as Calico Cooper went on to accompany her father on eight full stage shows and 11 world tours. Her role expanded from choreography to writing and directing. Although her father’s fame helped Calico get a break in entertainment, her talents mean that she has gone on to enjoy a career away from her family. It is a heavy metal/ industrialist band that was formed in 2012. The other members of the band include her father’s bassist Chuck Garric, guitarist Chris Latham, and drummer Tim Husung. The band’s sound engineer is Ryan Greene. They have released three albums, the first of which was ‘Live Fast Die Loud’ in 2013. In 2016, they released ‘Beasto Blanco,’ followed by ‘We Are’ in 2019.

4. She Is Married to Jed Williams

Calico Cooper is married to actor Jed Williams. The couple married in Maui, Hawaii, on October 4, 2015. Calico’s sister, Sonora Rose, was one of her bridesmaids, while her brother, Dashiell, was a groomsman. Williams began his acting career in 2004 and has appeared in television series, short films, and television movies.
