However, his parents eventually went their separate ways and things around the house became less strict. By the time he was 18, Danny ended up becoming a drug dealer.

2. He’s A Homebody

There is often this perception that people in the entertainment industry love being out and about all of the time. While that may be true for some people, it’s certainly not true for Danny Brown. Most kindergarteners aren’t interested in anything other than taking naps and playing with their friends. Danny, however, wasn’t like most of the other kids. He actually started rapping in Kindergarten. During an interview with NPR, he said, “I went to school one day and it was show and tell. But I didn’t know that it was show and tell and I had nothing to show or tell. So I [was] just like, forget it, and just rapped in front of the class — and then everybody went crazy. So I was like, I don’t know, maybe I got something. Then I rapped for my cousin … and he was like, “You didn’t write that!” I was like, “I didn’t, I just kind of came up with it.”

4. He’s Struggled With Mental Health

Mental health is one of those topics that is difficult for a lot of people to talk about. However, over the years Danny has been open about the fact that he’s dealt with depression and anxiety.
