This is a bestselling 1973 novel of the same name now turn a sci-fi anime series on July 2020. Also, the novel already adapted a few times over the decades, including a TV show in 1975 and a film in 2006. However, this is a 10-part anime series, with animation by Science Saru, the studio co-founded by Masaaki Yuasa. We also know the director Masaaki Yuasa from Night is Short, Walk on Girl, Devilman Crybaby, Ride Your Wave, and Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken.
