Metallica donates $350K with their foundation for COVID-19 relief

Metallica donates $350K with their All Within My Hands foundation for the COVID-19 relief fund. They want to fight for the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

Before that news, Metallica’s live shows recently starts with #MetallicaMondays hashtag on their social media account. Every Monday at 5:00 pm PST, they will broadcast a full concert from the archives via YouTube and Facebook Live. Also, they raised money for those who have affected by this coronavirus pandemic. With this project thrash metal legends already collect $15,000 and they continue to raise funds during the weekly live streams to support those impacted by COVID-19 pandemic.

Now the Metallica shares the statement about COVID-19 pandemic:

“In the wake of the spread of the Coronavirus, the most vulnerable people in our communities need help now more than ever. All Within My Hands is reaching out with four grants totaling $350,000 to organizations dedicated to assisting those hit hard by the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.”

They also added:

“We know this is the hardest of times for many of you, but if you would like to support any of these organizations, please feel free to reach out directly to our incredibly dedicated partners, as their needs are very wide-ranging; every dollar helps.”

Across the worldwide, we heard sad news more than 965,000 coronavirus cases have been reported and more than 49,000 deaths so far. Metallica gonna continue to support any of the organizations that fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
