Is RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE Preparing For A New Album?

The news published by RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE on social media and their 2020 schedule gives us some signs. Will the band come back with an album? RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE rap-rock band -founded in Los Angeles, California, in 1991- has not come up with a new song or album for a long time. However, this year gives us a few signals. After the release of the album ‘Renegades’ in 2000, the band had split. Zack De La Rocha’s left the band and heading for a solo career. After that, other members founded AUDIOSLAVE with Chris Cornell. They released 3 albums until 2007, and then the band disbanded. The same year, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE reunited. However, this reunion had not yet resulted in an album. Although they released albums from several concert recordings, they had not officially made an album.

Rage Against the Machine postponed their reunion tour dates and other festivals

In fact, 2019 and 2020 would be a year of performance and return for them because they would take part in many big festivals and go on a ‘reunion’ world tour which was ultimately postponed to 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You can also check the postponed tour dates here. RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE’s social media accounts and music platforms are very active recently. You can see below the post shared yesterday (December 23) from the group’s Facebook and Twitter accounts. We do not yet know if it is a new album record or a concert practicing for 2021. However, there is something for sure; 2021 will be very active for RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE!

      1. Definitely Evil Empire. Just a little sarcasm pointing out the fact that no one bothers to check the history of a band before putting out bs like this article. “New post just HAS to be a new photo.
OMG what could this mean?!?” *rolls eyes*
