Ragnarok season 2 renewal status and Netflix release date

Ragnarok season 2 waiting on approval that Netflix has renewed the series. After that Ragnarok’s season 1, fans want to hear happy news for the new season.

We can’t still hear any confirmation from Netflix. But hopefully, we heard something new anytime as soon as possible. Because according to a few countries Netflix’s social media account (e.g Netflix UK) Ragnarok is one of the most popular series in the library. Also, this is the Norwegian Netflix Original drama series creator Adam Price and producer SAM Productions. However, this is the only the second full Norwegian Netflix series and is one of the most popular series to come from the Nordic region.

What’s the synopsis of Ragnarok?

Here’s the official description from Netflix:

“Ragnarok is a coming-of-age drama building on and contributing to a new and surprising angle on Norse mythology. The series is set in the small, fictitious town of Edda, situated in the grand, breathtaking Norwegian nature. The story revolves around the inhabitants of Edda, who are perhaps not all who they claim to be. With them, we experience a drastically changing world: melting poles, warm winters, violent downpours. Some might say we’re headed for yet another Ragnarok. Unless someone intervenes in time…” Also, in season 2 Magne and Thor will increase further as the series progresses to be continued.

Cast: David Stakston (Magne), Jonas Strand Gravli (Laurits), Gísli Örn Garðarsson (Vidar) and Herman Tømmeraas (Fjor).

When is the season 2 release date of Ragnarok?
