Vikings season 6 trailer reveals a release date for the epic final
History Channel has released the first trailer of Vikings season 6 for the epic final from their historical drama series.
Before that this new and final season we need to take a look over the previous seasons. This series has been an international hit since it launched in 2013. And follows a chronicling the rise of Ragnar Lothbrok. Also, his family over the span of many years as they sought new lands and engaged in conflicts with distant peoples, namely King Egbert of Wessex and his offspring, leading up to the rise of Alfred the Great.

Here’s the official synopsis about Vikings season 6:
After years of turmoil and tragedy, the series reaches its biggest climax yet with the Vikings traveling to never-before-seen locations thousands of miles from Kattegat. They are meeting vicious rivals worthy of their strategic combat and finally facing the consequences of Ragnar’s death. The Seer’s visions come to fruition as the final season answers important life-altering questions. While making it clear, the war is far from over. It also stars Gustaf Skarsgård, Katheryn Winnick, Alexander Ludwig. And created by Michael Hirst.
However, this 20-episode final season will be divided into two parts. And, comes with the remaining ten episodes expected to premiere sometime next year. Vikings season 6 will premiere on December 4, 2019, on History Channel. Check out the first official trailer below.
