Great Pretender Season 2: Netflix Anime Release Date and Details
Great Pretender season 2 coming soon to Netflix. The highly-anticipated anime series fans asking for the new season “When will release on Netflix?” in 2020.
After the success of the first season debut on August 20th on the streaming platform. A lot of viewers finish all episodes of season 1 too early. They asked, “When is the season 2 release date?” Because Great Pretender season 2 will be available in September 2020 on Netflix Japan. Then will be available on Netflix, worldwide, for the end of this year.
This anime is a globally licensed Netflix Original Japanese series, written by Ryōta Kosawa and illustrator Daichi Marui. The series also produced by WIT Studio and early broadcast on Japan’s Fuji TV channel.
When is the Great Pretender season 2 release date?
There’s no official release date confirmed yet for worldwide. However, Netflix Japan will release season 2 of Great Pretender on September 21st, 2020. We guess Netflix will release season 2 of this anime in December 2020 or January 2021.

What do we expect for season 2 of Great Pretender?
Here’s the full synopsis:
“Edamura Masato is said to be Japan’s greatest swindler. One day, however, he also finds out that he is actually not the greatest, while he tries to steal from a foreigner, he finds that all his money was stolen instead.
He also chases the snatcher all the way to Los Angeles and learns that the foreigner is Laurent Thierry, a man, who has ties to international criminal organizations. Will Masato escape the mafia?”
